Deep Agents is a Delaware C-Corp with a 7-person founding team blending AI, DeFi, trading, growth, and finance.
We’re shipping fast, learning deeply, and building systems that unlock real autonomy in on-chain.

**CEO** — Founder several Web2 and Web3 startups and consulted for several crypto-native companies. Skilled in turning complex systems into usable interfaces.\
**CFO** — 10+ years in M\&A advisory and financial operations. Experience structuring token/equity models and scaling lean teams.\
**Machine Learning Lead** — Background in NLP and agent systems. Previously built data pipelines and ML infra at a VC-backed analytics platform.\
**Solana Developer** — Worked on Solana smart contracts and off-chain indexing. Deep experience in DeFi protocols and transaction execution logic.\
**Quant Analyst** — Former analyst at a boutique trading firm. Focused on wallet behavior, market patterns, and token economics.\
**Head of Growth** — Built organic communities for multiple Web3 projects. Specializes in narrative, influencer seeding, and social traction.\
**Product Designer** — Designed consumer crypto and fintech apps. Passionate about simplifying agent workflows and turning data into decisions.
